The service
ALM Servers provides game server hosting and dedicated machines on a monthly basis. Prices are shown before you order and renew at the then-current rate until you cancel.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what runs on your server and for keeping your access details safe. Do not use the service for anything unlawful or for attacks on other networks.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the control panel or by contacting support. New game servers are covered by a 72-hour money-back guarantee.
Limits of liability
We aim for 99.9% uptime and credit you under the service level agreement when we miss it. Beyond those credits, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous month.
